Abstract :
The DC/DC step-up converter is used to deliver a higher dc voltage from a lower dc supply to load in many real life applications (photovoltaic systems including a batteries banc, mobile phones, and computer power supply...). The aim of this work is to design and realize a voltage mode control using the analogue SG1843 PWM regulator for a step-up converter running in continuous conduction mode (CCM), to convert the unregulated voltage in the range of 22 V to 30 V (Two series battery of 12 V for each one) into a high, regulated, and stable output voltage of about 100 V, with a maximum output current of 3A.This approach control is designed using a voltage loop feedback control, in order to generate a constant and precise desired output voltage. The output voltage ripple should be lower than 300 mV. This paper also includes the complete DC/DC step up converter design along with a theory description. Finally experimental results are presented in order to verify and validate the proposed design. These results show that, our system realize its main mission.
