  • Abstract
    In this paper, a new family of lossless drivers for power MOS control is proposed. As is well known, the MOS input equivalent circuit is nearly a true capacitor. A new strategy for recovering energy in this capacitor based on DC/DC power converters is proposed. The authors present analysis and simulations, using the AWB (Analog Work-Bench software) package, of this new driver as well as a comparison with a traditional circuit. Finally, conclusions and future work are also presented
