  • Abstract
    In consideration of uncertain factors inherent in safety and risk assessment of electric system fault location, a reliability prediction method based on interval analytic hierarchy process (IAHP) is introduced in this paper to reduce faults and system risk. After considering the major fault factors, the interval eigenvector method (IEM) is proposed and the conditional probability matrices for influencing factors for safety and risk are defined with the inference rule. Then a renewing model of information fusion in the context of Bayesian network inference is established. The results of case study state that dynamic adjustment in the safety and risk priority of control measures is effective in increasing the system reliability and reducing risk.
