Abstract :
New islanding detection system which could act without interfering of active signal when plural islanding detection systems were interconnected was developed in NEDO project until FY 2007. However the examination method isn´t developed when plural islanding detection systems are interconnected so new islanding detection system must apply to protection system for clustered PV systems with complicated consultation. So NEDO produced new project Development of examination method when a plural islanding detection systems are interconnected (from FY2008 to FY2009) to smooth consultation of clustered PV systems and, entrusted Japan Electrical Safety & Environment Technology Laboratories (JET) & Kandenko with this project.
