Abstract :
Photovoltaic systems because of their nature of pollution free and none fuel requirements to produce energy, has considerably become highlighted in recent decade. More over lots of investments will displaced on science instead of paying for Energy. In this paper, considering power quality principals on THD, the fact that output characteristic of PV modules is similar to constant voltage source. The suggested inverter is a VSI that is aimed to control voltage at point of common coupling (PCC). Understudy grid and modeled PV system is inserted in special busses to evaluate PV power injection with PCC voltage control. Studies have done on sensitivity analysis, power loss and voltage profile. Dynamic reflexes of simulated PV system to different kind of disturbances is studied further. In these cases a typical suitable grid has been taken under study. As it is concluded from paper the idea of study to reactive power generation along with active power production with the purpose of voltage regulation makes several improvements in system and network parameters.
