Based on the principle of gun fire extinguish mechanism, using PXI bus testing technology, signals processing technology, and virtual instrument technology, signals acquisition and process circuit and bus adaptor are designed to on-line test of faults of gun fire extinguish mechanism. This article illustrates the hardware and software of the test system. The result shows that the test system is feasible.
