  • Abstract
    The electrode shapes are very important for aligning nanotubes with AC electrophoresis techniques. This paper builds the model for the CNT dielectrophoresis and making a theoretical analysis of electrical field distribution by numerical simulation technology. The influence of the electrode shape (width and radian) on dielectrophoresis for carbon nanotube was discussed and analyzed by the ANSYS software. Based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, some constructive advices for the electrode design are given.
