Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

This paper discussed the requirements of auxiliary decision support system, such as the spare items identification, number to be calculated, optimized and availability to be evaluated, then offered a new system designing plan with serious of frameworks and database designing plan.
