Optimization of industry chain in chemical industrial parks needs to consider the effect of risk, ecology and benefit, and it is a multiple criteria decision making problem of limited program. From the perspective of park safety, ecological environment, economic and social benefit, the indexes of risk, ecology and benefit of industry chain are analyzed firstly. Then a multi-criteria optimization model of industry chain is formulated, and TOPSIS method is employed to solve this optimization problem. Finally, a fine chemical industrial park is taken as an example, the total deviation of the alternatives is calculated, and the optimization results can provide some suggestions for the decision making of chemical industrial parks.
