Abstract :
The broadband access network of EPON can supply high bandwidth to each user. It also can support multicast function well. EPON is the most important access way to vide multicast service. Apply multicast in EPON, multiple users in the same group can share a stream and can improve the efficiency of downstream band. The paper introduces an method to carrying IPTV in EPON.
