Abstract :
This paper presents a CASE tool that has been developed for the synthesis of an optimal control implementation for a given Grafcet. This tool integrates two environments: one is used for modelling and calculations, the other provides the control implementation modules both for PC and PLC. A drilling machine is used for illustration
