Abstract :
This paper discusses the algorithms for numerical simulation of semiconductor devices (in particular using quasi-hydrodynamic model) on multiprocessor computer systems with distributed memory. Parallel implementation of iterative α-β solver is presented, as well as the method of combined solving the Poisson equation and two parabolic equations (current continuity and energy balance equations)
