Abstract :
The technology of micro thrust measurement can evaluate the performance of micro-thrusters. The universal measuring method is to use the physical displacement of the mechanical execution unit of the thrust stand to infer the thrust value. The laser interferometry is not sensitive to the electromagnetic interference and has high spatial resolution so that it is viewed as a superior and potential micro displacement measuring method. This paper designs a practical laser interferometry based on a universal thrust measuring arm. And the measurement principles are discussed.
