Abstract :
In view of objective shortage of the present technology readiness assessment (TRA) method, TRA method based on close degree is proposed. Such key techniques is introduced with examples, such as the determination of number of layers in reference condition, build-up of reference condition, selection of characteristic parameter in reference condition and the processing mode of the characteristic parameter.
