Abstract :
The precision of charging and discharging current is an important technical index that has a direct impact on the quality of battery. Therefore, all manufacturers attend to focus on improving the precision of charging and discharging in battery testing equipment. Based on the demand of high accurate current of battery charging and discharging in battery testing system, this paper discussed the application of Kalman filtering arithmetic in it. This filter strengthened the inhibition capability of the system against random interference signal, and the arithmetic improve equipment´s precision without additional hardware cost. The result of experiment indicates that the system that applies Kalman filtering arithmetic has advantages such as reliability, high accuracy, etc.
