Abstract :
Computer aided data acquisition and online analysis techniques are indispensable tools in a medical research environment, the advantage of which are well known. However in the past there was a tremendous gap between the time required to build a medical instrumentation system and the time it takes to develop the software and hardware for that particular system. A flexible PC based software, hardware system and algorithms have been developed for data acquisition. This study shows a summary of one realization of a measuring system of biomedical signals, especially for myographic measuring. The system consists of a hardware component, a software component and algorithms for analysis of the condition of the neuro-muscular activity
