Based on the fact that there exist some fraud sale behaviors in some industries during the process of production and sales, this paper considers the credit risk forecasting problem of these industries. For credit risk research, most of the traditional methods are based on the financial indices or dummy variables; however, few literatures consider the moral element, such as sales fraud, and so on. Therefore, this paper introduces the moral factor for discussing the credit risk forecasting. Through introducing the concept of moral credibility and computing of the fraud sales probability, this paper derives the measurement method, and modifies the polarized case that the dummy variable value 0-1. This method improves the effectiveness and the accuracy of the forecasting results.
