Abstract :
A high accuracy ramped capacitor current source has been developed with software controlled compensation for the voltage ramp non-linearity. Within several seconds, a voltage ramp within typically 10 ppm of any desired value between a few mV/s and several hundreds of mV/s can be reached. Using a high quality air capacitor, high accuracy currents below 10 pA can be generated
