Abstract :
The evolution of wetland of Nansi Lake was analyzed according to SPOT remote sensing data and its ecological environmental response was futher discussed with the wetland resource survey results, including benthonic animals, fish, and aquatic plants. It was characterized the reclamation in Nansi Lake was serious. A large part of the lake had been replaced by land and aquaculture ponds, the natural wetland region only accounted for 44.6 percent, while the aquaculture ponds and farmland are 34% and 19.3% respectively. During the period 2006-2011, the total area of farmland which occupied 264.4 km2 in 2006, decreased to 250.7 km2. While in 2011, the area covered by open water region increased to 577.4 km2, signifying a 3 km2 increase in natural wetland between 2006 and 2011. In other words, the reclamation situation has got preliminary control.
