Abstract :
A computerized system incorporating a 1024-sensing-site platform has been developed in order to investigate foot-ground pressure distribution in healthy and pathological subjects during posture and gait. Results of clinical experiments carried out on fifteen hemiplegic subjects during rehabilitative procedures involving both static load transfer and one-step walking are discussed. Results are compared with those obtained in healthy subjects.<>
