Abstract
A method to determine the phase angle errors of an impedance meter up to 1 MHz is described. The accuracy of the method is demonstrated by using the calibrated impedance meter to measure the inductance of resistive current shunts. The measured inductances of the shunts agree with the expected values within a nanohenry
