Abstract :
The data obtained by the two-way satellite time and frequency transfer (TWSTFT) and GPS carrier-phase (GPSCP) experiments between the Communications Research Laboratory (CRL) in Japan and the Telecommunication Laboratories (TL) in Taiwan are compared in this paper. Results with high agreement between the two techniques are described
