Abstract
A method to accurately measure ac-voltage in the presence of common mode based on guarding is presented. This allows the dissemination of the fundamental accuracy of a Josephson arbitrary waveform synthesizer (JAWS) at high output voltage levels using terminated arrays. A measurement set-up for the comparison of JAWS with a thermal transfer standard with amplified mV-ranges is described
