Abstract :
The development of QHR and CCC technique gives the possibility to establish a resistance standard with uncertainty of 10-9 or less. Thus the requirement of precision enclosure, especially with high homogeneity, becomes essential for practical uses. In this paper the approach to meet this requirement is given. An enclosure with auto-regulated homogeneity has been built. The homogeneity and stability of the enclosure is within 2 mK
