Abstract :
SMCE (Spatial Multi-criteria Evaluation, SMCE), is a multi-criteria decision making model within a variety of geospatial information. In urban construction and planning, many decision-making problems are multi-criteria spatial decision problems, such as the location of urban public facilities, the location of the urban residential area. Using the SMCE model and GIS technology, this paper proposes a practical method for location analysis of indemnificatory housing, which plays an important role in the guidance for the rational use of land resources and scientific urban planning.
