Abstract :
This paper describes the performance and results of the Comite Consultatif d´Electricite et Magnetisme (CCEM) key comparison for RF power in the coaxial 3.5 mm line system up to 26 GHz. The values of the power sensor calibration factor measured by twelve national metrology institutes (NMI) show a good agreement at all seven frequencies
