Abstract

This article presents a design and implementation of a novel wireless remote monitoring system based on Windows Mobile platform, which enables the transmission of image data between pocket PCs and remote monitoring devices via Bluetooth. The designed image transfer protocol in this article provides a stable framework for the delivery of images guarantees the correctness and effectively resolves the problems of retransmission of loss packets.
