Abstract :
To improve the consistency of AC quantized Hall resistance (QHR) measurements, the NRC, PTB and METAS have formed a collaboration. A study of the influences of the measurement apparatus on the AC QHR measurement results was presented. Preliminary results of the shape of plateau i = 2, measured at different laboratories, as well as the effect of the back-gate on the plateaus measured on a PTB sample are presented
