Abstract :
This paper aimed at the difference of product structures between high and low voltage switch cabinet, illustrates a switch cabinet agile design system. Different design models are used according to the character of the high-low voltage switch cabinet products. The design platform for mid-high voltage products is established by customizing Solidworks software. It can assist design staff in choosing proper standard design scheme according to customer´s demand, drive 3D CAD products module automatically with desiring configuration, and create bill of material automatically. While the low voltage products design is completed by visualizing and module design technology. It can select standard modules and combine together to meet customer´s needs automatically. It also can create bill of material automatically.
