Abstract :
A new digital calibration system for AC power and energy meters was developed at Japan Electric Meters Inspection Corp. (JEMIC) and its performance has been evaluated at National Research Council of Canada (NRC). The results at power frequency were better than 20muW/W of apparent power at any power factor settings
