Abstract :
Against rapidly temperature heating up and lowing of PCR (polymerase chain reaction), hardware and software design of PCR temperature-control system are particularly discussed. Scheme of hardware design is presented and algorithm of fuzzy auto-adjust PID control against system characteristic is brought out. Actual application shows that, the control mode has well motivate and statistic characteristic and capability of better auto-adjustment that satisfy the requirement of system.
