Abstract :
Summary form only given. As has been known, colossal magnetoresistance (CMR) materials exhibit a sharp insulator-metal transition at room temperature range, which makes them promising in radiation sensor applications. In the work, the photoresponse to the laser pulsed radiation as a change in the resistance in the thin La/sub 0.6/Sr/sub 0.4/MnO/sub 3/ film was studied as a function of temperature.
