Abstract :
Intelligent agents are software modules that can interact with its external environment in an autonomous fashion to achieve its goals. Fuzzy logic can play a major role in an intelligent agent for reasoning about the dynamic environment. FLAME (fuzzy logic adaptive model of emotions) is a new computational model of emotions that can be incorporated into intelligent agents and other complex, interactive programs.
