Abstract :
Insight into recent innovations to in-line electrostatic fluidized bed systems used for the process of applying conformal integral insulation to armatures, stators and rotors is provided. Technological advancements in the powder coating materials applied by these systems are discussed. These efforts will be on-going to insure that motor manufacturers worldwide can take advantage of a cost-effective, energy efficient, environmentally responsible method of producing high quality motors which will meet increased standards for performance and reliability
