The calibration theory and measurement of four-terminal-pair (4TP) standard capacitor (STD CAP) frequency characteristic are studied for frequencies up to 13MHz. And frequency characteristic of 4TP air-dielectric standard capacitor 1000pF, 100pF, 10pF, 1pF and measurement uncertainty is provided
