Abstract :
A current-source driven CMOS voltage-controlled oscillator for low-power and high-speed applications is presented. The circuit sustains extremely stable oscillating frequencies for wide variations of supply voltage and temperature, and maintains a minimal 66% tuning range of frequency in all of the experiments
