Abstract :
Problem solving model is a software part in decision support system. Model action is the key part of decision making, and semantics comprehension of the model action is very important for decision support system. The representation method of action semantics and surrounding semantics are proposed for the dynamic environment in DSS. Two ontologies are defined to provide semantics, according to the characteristics of knowledge of model. Then a method of dynamic semantics is presented for models. Dynamic semantics of models are model action semantics and surrounding semantics, and the action must be supported by its surrounding. Models can detect potential collisions through a multiple layer recursive matching algorithm. A negotiation algorithm is proposed to make the interaction based on semantics extracted from ontology level and semantic level.
