Abstract :
The hot-pressing fuzzy controller modeling of medium density fiberboard (MDF) was established and the arithmetic of the Mamdani theorization and synthesizing was analyzed in order to solve the problem of strong non-linear target and lag in hot-pressing time control. The continuum pressing technology does in this paper. One of the main issues in reducing the cost of the final product is to reduce the pressing cycle time. So the model is based in the works of Maloney[1] and Celeste Pereira.et al. [2] and Norberto and Mario [3] ,with the analyses experiments result of the physical and transport properties in the hot-pressing. Among the influent parameters, the compressive stress, temperature and thickness is considered in fuzzy controller, not including mechanical performance which can not be predicted. The rule base was set up with the technique parameters analyses and the expert experiences. Then the querying table was established by programming offline, to simplify the arithmetic of the theorization and synthesizing to inquire the querying table directly, thus realized requesting control task. In the Matlab simulation result and the concrete application effect, the fuzzy control has more advantages, such as: strong stability fewer overshoot and turbulence reduction proceedings.
