Abstract
This work presents the whole System C SOM (self organizing map) design flow, the architecture of this design and the different stage of synthesis from behavioral level. The main objective of this paper is to present a new methodology for behavioral synthesis of System C design while using many tools at several abstraction level. It gives the possibility to detect the best synthesis results on area, performance and power consumption estimation through an exploration of synthesis results. Tools used in this exploration and the order of their utilizations is also described in this paper. The System C synthesis has been performed on a SOM design
