Abstract :
A method of investigating influential factors is proposed for a system development process. According to different phases of development, multiobjective programming (MOP) models are developed from fuzzy set theory, evidence theory and probability theory. Based on the proposed MOP models, an integrated solution algorithm is designed to aid researchers to acquire complete influential factors of a system. An illustrative example of Mobile Phone Service (MPS) is provided with satisfactory results
