Abstract :
Based on the difference and coherence analysis of SPC and EPC, the integrative model of SPC and EPC is set up. After analyzing the operation of the integrative model and the integrative mode of its modules, studying its key technologies of extended sample autocorrelation function (ESACF) and smallest canonical correlation (SCAN) process identification methods, fine-tuning methods of closed-loop processes, Shewhart-EWMA combined control chart, fuzzy quality diagnosis approach, the rationality of the integrative model is confirmed.
