System Thinking Mode of Complexity Science Management: The Forefront of Management Theory

Beginning with the supposition that organization is a brain capable of system thinking, this paper researches the system thinking mode of complexity science management. System thinking, combining science with art, includes thinking mode of solving complicated problems, observation of interrelation between cause and effect, structural and modularized analysis, and visual thoughts of both logic and image. Basing on the point that system thinking is mainly through researches of perspective maps, this paper also puts forward the tools for system thinking: circular map, exploring map, structural map, and some examples for the research.
