Abstract :
A new solution to the design of data transmission filters is proposed. Using an analogy between the two-band orthogonal filter bank and the zero interference intersymbol (ISI) Nyquist pair, with an oversampling factor of 4, leads to an implementation based on a lattice structure. The resulting solution, which combines all the desirable features of data transmission filters pairs : zero ISI, matched filters, linear phase filters, is optimized afterwards to satisfy a frequency selectivity criterion
