Abstract :
A new technique to encode on QR code and its realization are studied in windows system, and one QR code encoder is developed. It can choose the optimal masking model and version, which is to save coding space to a maximum extent. In this encoding system, not only character, number, Chinese character but also pictures can be encoded. What´s more, we can save or print the QR code conveniently. Tests show that the encoding system can encode data fast and accurately, with low CPU utility.
