Abstract
On-the-job training is the main form of human capital investment after formal school education, and it is of vital importance to the development of corporations and employees. Through studying on the status quo of on-the-job training in corporations in China, this paper build dynamic game model and analyze the process and possible results of the game. Advices on how to improve the effect of on-the-job training are given at the last part.
