Abstract

Facing the production mode of the multi-specification & small batch, if enterprises want to win competition and achieve the request of high quality, lower cost,and meet the individual demand of customers,they must improve its capacity flexibility and their products quality. This paper produces the concept of capacity flexibility and its meaning, analyzes the relevant technology of product quality control at present, builds the compositive quality control policy oriented to capacity flexibility, and carries on the example analysis based on DOE.
