Abstract :
In view of the increasing number of waste resources and the actuality that information channels and system of reuse is not perfect. The need for integrative information management system and the construction of venous industry information management system is analyzed. The main features of venous industry information management system are summed up. On this basis, a design project about venous and distributed industry information management system which was based on a three-tier structure Web service is brought forward. Circular economy website of Tianjin Ziya national environmental demonstration park is taken as an example. This study is to analyze the applied needs of the system, use the method of both Internet and telephone submission, introduce system objectives and operational processes, system structure, functional modules and achievement of the security mechanism exactly. Resource information is made the largest degree of sharing and achieved the concentrate processing and use. The result shows the realization of orderly flow of waste resources within certain areas. It provides a available new way to alleviate the crisis in our country´s energy resources and provision.
