Abstract
This paper studies the problem of control synthesis of a class of continuous nonlinear control systems, described by Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy models. Based on linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique, a new design method for stabilizing state feedback controllers is also developed for the class of T-S fuzzy systems via multiple Lyapunov function. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
