Abstract :
In this paper, we consider a efficient and security large file content push problem in a large-scale distributed content delivery networks. In order to improve the work of FastReplica [2], we propose a novel content push policy, called TRRR (tree-round-Robin-replica),for an efficient and reliable replication solution of large files in the content delivery networks environment. As part of this study, we carry out some experiments to verify TRRR algorithm in small scale. We demonstrate in experiment that TRRR significantly reduces the file distribution/replication time as compared with traditional policies such as multiple unicast in content delivery networks. At last, from our research experiences and related survey, we analyze the prospective research direction and challenges in this field. We expect to expand TRRR to be scalable and reliable which can be used for replication of large files to a large group of nodes.
