Abstract :
Innovation, as an important corporate strategy, is the key activity that contributes to building core competitive advantage. During the process, the organizational learning decides the level of company´s gaining innovative knowledge. This paper, based on learning theory and knowledge management theory, explores the relationship between knowledge´s transfer, organizational learning and the organizational structure which impacting on the relationship with knowledge´s transfer and organizational learning.
